Membership is open to all students, faculty, and staff of the Ross School of Business and the Michigan Law School. The NCRC Wellness Center is a resource to help promote greater health and wellness at NCRC, offering fitness and strength training machines, MHealthy exercise and relaxation classes, and multiple wellness programs. Located on the 8th floor of UH South, the center will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and feature state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength training equipment, space for group exercise classes, shower and restroom facilities, health behavior change classes and more. Memberships are available to Michigan Medicine faculty and staff.
